This is the description of the plan that we intend to have. It’s a double story house that is a contemporary modern approach. The top floor will have three bedrooms and amongst those three bedrooms the main one will have a double walk in closet and a tub in the shower the rest of the rooms will have a shower then and on top of that there is going to be a small lounge area on the top floor then on the bottom floor, there’s going to be a kitchen dining and the lounge that I am going to have an open area approach and there is also going to be one bedroom which we have an in suit and there is also going to be a separate toilet for visitors. I would like to generate a floor plan for a passive certified house. The south facing part looks out on creek reserve. The north west is overlooked by other houses and needs to be screened out.
