In this plan, I’d like an open-concept kitchen integrated with a very spacious living room, where the living-room wall facing the 33-meter side would be completely made of glass so it can open up and connect to the pool, which will sit next to the gourmet area. On one side of the living room, I’d like a small private hallway leading to two suites opposite each other, one of them larger to also fit a walk-in closet. Both suites should be in a separate interior space from the living room to ensure privacy. On the other side of this living room/common central area, another hallway should lead to two more rooms: a home office opposite a TV room, with a half-bath at the end of the hallway. Additionally, I’d like a small service/laundry area to be created in the “back” part of the lot, with access to the living room. The idea is to keep the kitchen and living room fully integrated, with no dividing walls.
