Create a floor plan for a two bedroom house with sewing/ activities room, two living areas, a mud room, two bathrooms plus and outside access toilet. Add a 8metre x 11metre garage on the west end.

I would like to generate a floor plan for a passive certified house. The south facing part looks out on creek reserve. The north west is overlooked by other houses and needs to be screened out. We want winter sun entry on the north side. The garage of 8metres x 11metres is at the western end of the building, entered from the west. The long axis of the house runs from west south west to north north east. We need two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a sewing / activities room. An external access toilet. Elderly living friendly. Single level throughout. Envisioned to be 200 square metres to 250 square metres. A mud room and butlers pantry are required.
