Neon ufo flying saucer hovering low over downtown Eugene,  Oregon; the style is a photograph-like, nearly realistic drawing.  the perspective is from the street level, centered looking down the street. At the fron it should attach to the collar and be slim so the sides and ribs are showing a little. Sexy but elegand. nothing on the shoulder.
