Kitchen includes island seating for 4, walk-in pantry, and a butler’s window to the dining room. Family lounge with sectional sofas, gas fireplace, and a wall of sliding doors opening to a garden terrace. Music studio with acoustic wall panels, a vocal booth, and backlit sheet-music display. Quiet wing includes: Prayer room (fully soundproof, with flush skylight and meditation cushions). Study (built-in desks, floor-to-ceiling bookshelves). Office (next to study, across from prayer room, near mudroom and elevator). Mudroom and laundry with garden access. Guest powder room. Elevator connecting all floors. First Floor: Master suite: walk-in closet, private balcony overlooking the garden, ensuite with tub and shower. Child Suite A (girl twin): shower-only bathroom, desk nook, front garden view. Child Suite B (boy twin): shower-only, built-in shelves, reading corner. Child Suite C (boy): shower-only, cozy reading nook, south-facing window. South-west orientation to capture afternoon sun and garden views. Attic: Access via discrete staircase off upper landing. Use for hobby area, storage, or guest nook. Basement: Infinity-edge cinema with tiered seating and Dolby surround. Spa zone with sauna, steam room, and massage room. Gym with mirrored walls, rubber flooring, cardio and weights. Wine cellar and cold storage pantry.

Golden sunlight streams through the open doors and tall windows casting a warm glow over the frozen grandeur . Create a 2D floor plan for a 456 m² lot. The lot is on a corner, where the longest side measures 33 meters and the inner width measures 14 meters. In this plan, I’d like an open-concept kitchen integrated with a very spacious living room, where the living-room wall facing the 33-meter side would be completely made of glass so it can open up and connect to the pool, which will sit next to the gourmet area. On one side of the living room, I’d like a small private hallway leading to two suites opposite each other, one of them larger to also fit a walk-in closet. Both suites should be in a separate interior space from the living room to ensure privacy. On the other side of this living room/common central area, another hallway should lead to two more rooms: a home office opposite a TV room, with a half-bath at the end of the hallway. Additionally, I’d like a small service/laundry area to be created in the “back” part of the lot, with access to the living room. The idea is to keep the kitchen and living room fully integrated, with no dividing walls.

Lets re-imagine a turtle neck for winter. not too thick on the neck. we use dark nude colors includinng wine, dark brown, dark beige, dark white, black, dark blue etc.. it should fit to the body but no too tight. it should a have zippable square pocket made of a different material, like leather or a soft fabric, a stand out peace, or track suit material. the turtle neck should be a mixture of cotton and polyester or wool and polyster, or cashmere and polyster, all with a mix of elastan to make it a bit stretchy and hold it form. make it a quarter zipper for men keep the same design

This is the description of the plan that we intend to have. It’s a double story house that is a contemporary modern approach. The top floor will have three bedrooms and amongst those three bedrooms the main one will have a double walk in closet and a tub in the shower the rest of the rooms will have a shower then and on top of that there is going to be a small lounge area on the top floor then on the bottom floor, there’s going to be a kitchen dining and the lounge that I am going to have an open area approach and there is also going to be one bedroom which we have an in suit and there is also going to be a separate toilet for visitors. There is also going to be an office a calorie, and there’s also going to be a veranda which is going to be an extended part of the backside of the house, which will be part of the dining and will be separated by a glass door. The Verrado will also be under an enclosed structure away by it would be closed by Glass Doors that are slide, or that can be folded and allow needs to be opened or closed fully for the specifics the height of the hi Ruth that will be covering the dining and lounge and the foyer is going to be about 18 feet plus or minus and more than staircase to compliment.
