Create a 2D floor plan for a 456 m² lot. The lot is on a corner, where the longest side measures 33 meters and the inner width measures 14 meters. In this plan, I’d like an open-concept kitchen integrated with a very spacious living room, where the living-room wall facing the 33-meter side would be completely made of glass so it can open up and connect to the pool, which will sit next to the gourmet area. On one side of the living room, I’d like a small private hallway leading to two suites opposite each other, one of them larger to also fit a walk-in closet. Both suites should be in a separate interior space from the living room to ensure privacy. On the other side of this living room/common central area, another hallway should lead to two more rooms: a home office opposite a TV room, with a half-bath at the end of the hallway. Additionally, I’d like a small service/laundry area to be created in the “back” part of the lot, with access to the living room. The idea is to keep the kitchen and living room fully integrated, with no dividing walls.

Create a 2D architectural plan for a two-story country house, with a maximum of 300 m² of construction, in a modern, soft industrial style. The ground floor should include: a 35 m² double-height living room overlooking the pool, a 15 m² integrated dining room, a large open-plan kitchen with an island (20-25 m²), a medium-sized pantry (5-6 m²), a 40-45 m² master bedroom with exterior views, a spacious bathroom and a large dressing room, a 12-15 m² gym, a guest bathroom, an 8-10 m² laundry area with a cupboard, a three-car garage with a 6-8 m² storage room, a 25-30 m² barbecue area, and a 3 x 5 meter swimming pool located in front of the living room. It should include a metal staircase with floating wooden treads in an industrial style (without visible supports). The upper floor should include three additional bedrooms: two 12 m² bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a shared bathroom, and one 12 m² bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom (4 m²). It should also include an open-plan living room or study of 12 to 15 m² with views of the double-height ceiling. All bedrooms should have views of the surrounding countryside or the swimming pool. The layout should be functional and realistic, considering a country house on a 1000 m² plot.

This is the description of the plan that we intend to have. It’s a double story house that is a contemporary modern approach. The top floor will have three bedrooms and amongst those three bedrooms the main one will have a double walk in closet and a tub in the shower the rest of the rooms will have a shower then and on top of that there is going to be a small lounge area on the top floor then on the bottom floor, there’s going to be a kitchen dining and the lounge that I am going to have an open area approach and there is also going to be one bedroom which we have an in suit and there is also going to be a separate toilet for visitors. There is also going to be an office a calorie, and there’s also going to be a veranda which is going to be an extended part of the backside of the house, which will be part of the dining and will be separated by a glass door. The Verrado will also be under an enclosed structure away by it would be closed by Glass Doors that are slide, or that can be folded and allow needs to be opened or closed fully for the specifics the height of the hi Ruth that will be covering the dining and lounge and the foyer is going to be about 18 feet plus or minus and more than staircase to compliment. There is not going to be a garage. Create a plan for the upstairs and downstairs2
