On one side of the living room, I’d like a small private hallway leading to two suites opposite each other, one of them larger to also fit a walk-in closet. Both suites should be in a separate interior space from the living room to ensure privacy. On the other side of this living room/common central area, another hallway should lead to two more rooms: a home office opposite a TV room, with a half-bath at the end of the hallway. Additionally, I’d like a small service/laundry area to be created in the “back” part of the lot, with access to the living room.
