Create a long dress until the floor in a A shape with that looks wavy and not just straight. open shoulders and oversized big collar up to the the chin. collar should look as it has much material so its kind of stacked and then an open back until the the spine. It should be simple wool material, a little heavy looking. Elegant street style, so you can wear during the day. Prefered color is grey. No sleeves at all. At the fron it should attach to the collar and be slim so the sides and ribs are showing a little. Sexy but elegand. nothing on the shoulder. The collar connects to the front and no cut outs on the dress around the legs. It should look like one piece only sewed togeter on the sides. Material needs to look soft and comfy. Collar should only be around neck and not extend to clevage area

I would like to generate a floor plan for a passive certified house. The south facing part looks out on creek reserve. The north west is overlooked by other houses and needs to be screened out. We want winter sun entry on the north side. The garage of 8metres x 11metres is at the western end of the building, entered from the west. The long axis of the house runs from west south west to north north east. We need two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a sewing / activities room. An external access toilet. Elderly living friendly. Single level throughout. Envisioned to be 200 square metres to 250 square metres. A mud room and butlers pantry are required.
